Forerunner Leadership Training is an organisation set up to develop intentional legacy leaders who are capable of thinking strategically in order to transform their institution positively. We work with faith groups, businesses and individuals who are keen to equip themselves with the principles of leadership and ultimately become legacy leaders. We believe there are specific attributes that make a great leader, i.e., someone who is capable of clearly articulating the vision of the organisation in the most compelling way, inspire organisational growth and individual development while also gaining the trust of stakeholders to execute the vision. We also provide training in strategic planning, change management, leading teams and conflict management.
