Dr Mary Otiotio
Mary is an experienced Leadership and Management Lecturer. She has over 25 years’ experience both as a Business Consultant and Lecturer in Higher Education/Further Education. Mary has worked with professionals from diverse backgrounds both in the private and public sectors. She is also an independent certified coach, teacher and speaker with the John Maxwell Team. Mary is quite passionate about issues relating to leadership and organisational development as both factors directly impact on performance, motivation and the overall corporate objectives of an organisation. She has extensive knowledge of models and tools which can be directly adapted to suit particular organisations as they aspire to meet the needs of stakeholders. Her training sessions are quite interactive and practical. Participants leave each session fully equipped and empowered with practical skills they can implement in their organisations. Mary believes that learning is one of life’s most gainful pleasures and the best way to unleash our potential. She holds the following qualifications: a Degree in Management, Diploma in Business and Finance, Diploma in Management, MBA, PGCE and Doctorate in Education.
